All true healing is self-healing.  Within every individual is an innate, intelligent, God-given, dynamic, bioenergetic, self-repairing and self-regulating, self-defense system that maintains a healthy balance and integrity between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the living organism.

In reality, there is no separation between the body, mind and spirit. It is one continuum that must be addressed holistically, in order to attain and maintain health and well-being.

The appropriate, intelligent and judicious use of nutriceuticals (nutritional agents applied pharmaceutically), botanicals (medicinal herbs), homeopathic remedies and various other natural modalities powerfully support this self-defense system and the self-healing process.

The collective wisdom of many years of direct, hands-on, clinical experience practicing the art & science of integrative, holistic, complementary alternative medicine (CAM) forms the solid foundation for the application of nutriceutical agents, medicinal herbs, homeopathic remedies and other natural therapeutic methods, for the self-healing protocols contained in this e-portal website.

These guidelines are intended to empower people with useful tools with which to take good care of themselves and to take charge of their own health.

While doctors (whether allopathic, osteopathic, homeopathic, naturopathic, chiropractic, ayurvedic, traditional Chinese, etc.) can be helpful, professional guides along our path to the restoration and maintenance of health and well-being, ultimately, it is our own personal responsibility.

The Alternative DrMCare Natural Medical Self-Care Protocols are designed to help you do a truly fine job of self-caring for your whole being.

In natural medicine, and in particular homeopathy, we are fortunate to have a clear definition of what it means to be truly healthy.  It is not merely the absence of symptoms, which may be ablated or suppressed by the 'cut, burn and poison' approach of conventional, allopathic medicine, since this approach will invariably lead to the appearance of other, subtle or gross symptoms of imbalance, disorder and illness somewhere else within the living organism.

True self-healing must address all parts of the whole person in order to attain genuine health.

True health is defined as freedom from limitations physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Health on the physical level is freedom from pain and/or debility such that the body may be utilized to its fullest capacity.

Health on the emotional level is freedom from being stuck in a limited range of feeling, e.g., anger, irritability, depression, despair, excitement, joy, etc., such that one may experience the full spectrum of emotionality from the deepest sorrow to the greatest joy.

Health on the mental level is the freedom from limitations in memory, in cognitive associative processes, in expressing oneself clearly and succinctly, to use one's mind to its fullest capacity.

And finally, health on the spiritual level is the cumulative freedom from limitations in body, mind and emotions such that one may fully express oneself creatively and lovingly, and thereby live a rich, meaningful and fulfilling life.

In fact, the highest state of health may be said to be 'true altruism' in which one is so balanced and full of vitality that most attention and intention is directed toward contributing to the betterment of all other sentient beings and the world itself.  In this state of dynamic health, the limited boundaries of separate, ego-based personality identification begin to fall away.

Genuine realization of the Self is possible, and one gradually becomes a vehicle for the expression of God's Love, Peace, Compassion, Forgiveness, Truth, Beauty and Blissful Joy within the physical realm of existence.  In so doing, there can be no greater experience of wellness and happiness.

The attainment and maintenance of health in this sense is a perpetually ongoing process of evolution, with its expected ups and downs in response to the myriad stresses inherent in modern civilization.

It is my sincerest hope for you to live in this highest state of health.

It is always wise, of course, to have the support of well-trained, health care professionals, especially when you need further guidance beyond basic self-care measures.

We, therefore, encourage you to seek out physicians who are knowledgeable in the field of integrative medicine, which includes the gentle art and science of nutritional therapy, homeopathy and botanical medicine, etc., as well as the more enlightened ones within conventional, allopathic medical practice.

I encourage and humbly request you to please become an emissary of true health and well-being by sharing the Alternative DrMCare Natural Medical Self-Care Protocols with your loved ones, family, friends, colleagues and anyone that you feel will benefit.
